FEATURES: The front wings are spotted, brown in colour in both the proximal and distal segments, light brown in the intermediate band; the hind wings are a smokey black, with two thin whitish bands.

HABITAT: moist spaces in mills and pasta factories.

DIET: mouldy plant debris.

DAMAGE: Its presence usually indicates an unhygienic environment
